Hello everyone!

Since I joined Canvas Corp Brands Creative Crew, I’ve been working mostly with Tattered Angels products. The truth is however that CCB offers a great variety of craft supplies that can be used for any kind of project mixed media, diy home décor, junk journals and many more.

Today I’m sharing with you a mixed media décor piece that I created, by using elements from one of the most fascinating collections – Architextures – by 7gypsies.

Hello everyone and welcome to Purple Vibes Hop!

Once more, 12 artists from all over the world united to share with you our creations, techniques and crafty tips. The challenge this time was for all of us to use Purple as the dominant color in our projects.

With this hop we wish to spread love and positive vibes to the four corners of the world and to celebrate the most cheerful season of the year, Summer!

Hello everyone!

Today I’m so excited to share a very special project I created, inspired by Greek Mythology.

I had this wooden beach racket in my “scrap box” for ages. Its shape always reminded me of a hand mirror. Mirrors are very often referred to as having magical powers, in myths and fairytales.

One thought led to another and soon I remembered the ancient Greek myth of Perseus and Medusa.

 It’ a spread dedicated to Winter, my favorite season of the year!

I painted an eye as my focal point and built an icy cold surface around it. As if the Queen of Ice is sneaking up on us!

Mixed Media Twin Tags

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I wish you have an even more beautiful and creative week!

Today I would like to share with you my Twin Tags, a pair of mixed media tags I created by using packaging cardboard. For the colors, I was inspired by the various shades of yellow, purple, blue, orange, pink, and brown, that predominate in nature during Autumn.

I call them twins, because I created them to complement one another.

Could be a mother urging her offspring to follow her dreams, or could be a woman reminiscing her childhood and reviewing her life so far…
